• FMS certified technicians are fully licensed and trained to work with all equipment we provide
• FMS delivery specialists are trained to provide expert, courteous instruction and education for patients on using the new equipment, ensuring a smooth transition
• FMS staff can even conduct a home safety evaluation upon request

 

Regardless of equipment size or weight, FMS provides free in-person delivery and service to the client’s home. Our delivery technicians evaluate the client’s living environment to make sure the new equipment is functional and adaptable within their home. Our expert staff also conduct patient evaluations by casting and measuring the patient for their custom-made product within the convenience of their home. If preferred, we can also conduct patient evaluations at our office.

 

All medical equipment is made by reputable companies and offered with the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a malfunction or defect in a recently-provided product, FMS will schedule a pick-up at no charge to repair or replace your product under the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

In addition to our high standards of care and compassion, we also pride ourselves on round-the-clock availability. We have an on-call staff member ready to answer your questions or assist in case of an emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you require assistance after hours, simply call our main number at (805) 230-2220, and your call will be forwarded to our on-call staff member.
