FMS provides free in-person delivery and service of all medical equipment to the client’s home regardless of size or weight.

our certified practitioners will conduct a patient evaluation for their custom made product by casting and measuring the patient in their homes. We provide patient evaluations at our office.

Our certified delivery technicians will conduct a living environment evaluation to make sure the client’s equipment is function-able and adaptable within their homes.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Our certified technicians are fully licensed and trained to work with all of Fundamental Medical Supply’s Durable Medical Equipment.

All of our medical equipments are manufactured by well-reputable medical supply companies that provide product warranty.

If there is a malfunction or defect of a recent product provided to you, FMS will schedule a pick up at no charge to repair or replace your product under the manufacturers warranty.
