Ordering just got easier. Simply fax your order and our medical review nurses will process the referral swiftly and accurately. To expedite your order, please include the patient's history and physical justifying the need for the product. Also, please include a prescription with the item description, diagnosis codes, and length of need. If you don't have documentation, it's no problem – we will retrieve documentation for you. Should you have any questions, simply call our main office line and a staff member will assist you. We speak English, Spanish, Armenian, Farsi and Russian.



Upon receiving your order, we immediately verify all information and will call to notify you that the order was fulfilled. When the order is ready, we will dispatch a delivery vehicle.


In-Person Delivery

Most orders are delivered on the same day they are received. Our certified technicians deliver the equipment and train the patient in its use. The technician will not leave until the patient is completely comfortable operating the equipment.

Meeting your needs is important to us, so we provide service to the entire Southern California region. (See map.) We deliver to private residences, hospitals and various types of healthcare facilities.


24/7 Service, Including Holidays

A certified technician is on-call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. During non-business hours, should you require immediate service, simply call our main office number and you will be forwarded to one of our certified technicians for assistance.


Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Our certified technicians are fully licensed and trained to work with all of our equipment. They sanitize, repair and adjust, leaving equipment in excellent condition.
